返乡入乡青年人才的场域嵌入困境及其应对——对乡村职业经理人群体的研究

摘　　要：基于布迪厄的实践理论,本研究将乡村职业经理人的返乡入乡行为理解为由城入乡的场域嵌入实践,通过考察外部结构、惯习重塑与资本积累之间的有机互动,探索该青年群体的场域嵌入困境及应对策略。对X省早期招募并成功留任的乡村职业经理人的回溯性访谈和参与式观察发现,他们以惯习重塑为主要动力,形成了以文化资本再适应为起点、社会资本再建构为纽带、经济资本再生产为核心、符号资本再提升为助力的嵌入策略。Based on Bourdieu's theory of practice,this study understands the laborpractice of Rural CEOs as a field transformation from urban embedding to ruralembedding,examining the organic interaction between external structure,habitusreshaping,and capital accumulation.Through retrospective interviews andparticipant observation with early recruited and successfully retained Rural CEOsin X province,this research reveals that their strategic embeddedness is primarilydriven by habitus reshaping,forming an embedding strategy that starts with the re.adaptation of cultural capital,uses the re-construction of social capital as a linktakes the reproduction of economic capital as the core,and enhances symboliccapital as a driving force.
