摘  要:植物在生长发育过程中,经常会受到各种外界因素的影响,如低温、干旱、盐渍及病虫害等,植物体内具有一系列响应机制来应对各种外界不利因素的影响.AP2/ERF是植物中最大的转录因子超家族,在许多物种中都有发现,ERF亚家族在结构上含有一个保守的AP2/ERF结构域,其上的顺式作用元件能够响应多种应答.许多研究表明,植物在面对逆境胁迫时,ERF转录因子家族参与了多种胁迫反应,对植物的生长发育起重要作用.对ERF转录因子家族的结构、功能以及近年来该转录因子在植物逆境胁迫下的响应机制和研究进展进行阐述,旨在为后续进一步研究其抗逆作用机理提供理论依据和实践参考.Plants often encounter various external factors during their growth and development,such as low temperature,drought,salinity,and pest and disease,and they have a series of response mechanisms to cope with the adverse effects of these factors.AP2/ERF is the largest transcription factor superfamily in plants,and it has been found in many species,and the ERF subfamily contains a conserved AP2/ERF domain in structure,and the cis-acting elements on it can respond to a variety of responses.Many studies have shown that ERF transcription factor family plays an important role in various stress responses in plants when facing adverse environmental stress.Elaborates on the structure and function of the ERF transcription factor family,as well as the response mechanisms and research progress of this transcription factor under plant stress in recent years.The aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for further research on its stress resistance mechanism.
