摘  要:以教学内容和教学模式为教学改革侧重点,将项目式学习教学方法(project-based learning,PBL)应用在微生物学实验的教学改革中.以土壤中功能菌株的筛选鉴定为导向问题,引导学生主动思考,根据实际问题设计实验方案,增加学生的主观能动性,团队协作能力.在学习微生物学实验基本操作的同时完成科研项目,提高学生的学习兴趣、科研素质及创新能力.以多样全面的考核方式对实验方案设计、实验操作及实验报告进行更科学合理的评价.实践表明,项目式学习教学方法可以提高学生动手及解决问题的能力,从而提高微生物学实验教学的效果.Focusing on the teaching reform of teaching content and teaching mode,theproject-based learning(PBL)methodology was applied to the teaching reform of microbiology experiment.Guided by the problem of screening and identification of functional strains in soil,students are encouraged to think actively.Design experimental plans based on practical problems to increase students′subjective initiative and teamwork.While learning the basic operation of microbiology experiments,students can also complete scientific research projects,which can enhance their interest in learning,scientific research quality,and innovation ability.The experimental design,experimental operation and experimental report were evaluated scientifically and reasonably by a variety of comprehensive assessment method.Practice has shown that the project-based learning teaching method can improve students'ability to solve problems and enhance the effectiveness of microbiology experimental teaching.
