摘  要:为解决KDF2滤棒成型机组(以下简称KDF2)滤棒直径测量精度不足、无法测量中空滤棒等问题,采用以电荷耦合器件(Charge-Coupled Device,CCD)传感器为主要构件的光学直径测量装置代替原有的气压流量法直径测量装置。通过对实际应用中CCD输出信号的噪声进行原因分析和建模,提出一种基于傅里叶级数残差修正的正弦拟合方法(SFM-FSRC),以便在信号二值化处理过程中代替传统的多项式拟合法,实现对边界数据的准确拟合,避免KDF2运行中较大的振动和噪声影响滤棒直径的测量精度。将载有传统多项式拟合法和SFM-FSRC的光学直径测量装置安装于KDF2,测量直径为5.400 mm的标准棒和在线生产的直径为5.300、6.300和7.600 mm的中空滤棒,结果表明:相较于多项式拟合,经过SFM-FSRC拟合后,测得的标准棒直径的相对误差由-0.65%~0.39%降低至-0.04%~0.19%,中空滤棒直径的标准差由0.030 mm左右降低至0.010 mm左右。该技术可为提高滤棒质量与一致性提供技术支持。To solve the problems of insufficient measurement accuracy of filter rod diameter and inability to measure cavity filter rods,the diameter measuring device based on air pressure in KDF2 filter rod maker was replaced by an optical diameter measuring device based on a Charge-Coupled Device(CCD)sensor.By analyzing and modeling the noise of CCD output signal in practical application,a sinusoidal fitting method based on Fourier series residual correction(SFM-FSRC)was proposed to replace the traditional polynomial fitting method in the process of signal binarization,so as to realize the accurate fitting of boundary data and avoid the influences of large vibration and noise on the measurement accuracy of filter rod diameter during the operation of KDF2 filter rod maker.The optical diameter measuring device with traditional polynomial fitting method and SFM-FSRC was compared on a KDF2 filter rod maker with a standard rod of 5.400 mm diameter and produced cavity filter rods of 5.300,6.300 and 7.600 mm diameter.The results showed that,compared with polynomial fitting,the relative error of the measured standard rod diameter narrowed from a range of-0.65%to 0.39%to that of-0.04%to 0.19%,and the standard deviation of the cavity filter rod diameter reduced from around 0.030mm to around 0.010 mm.This technology provides technical support for improving the quality and consistency of filter rods.
