摘 要:252 kV真空灭弧室中波纹管行程大、速度快且压力差为0.9 MPa,导致波纹管在开断过程中处于塑性形变阶段,疲劳耐久性能较差。文章旨在研究252 kV真空灭弧室波纹管结构及疲劳性能,为后续波纹管结构设计和优化提供理论依据。通过建立波纹管的三维模型,总长度为200 mm、波距为8 mm、波厚为4 mm、外径为100 mm,运用有限元方法对其进行了结构分析,并结合Ansys Workbench中Fatigue Tools模块预测了其疲劳寿命。研究结果表明,波纹管在主运动端焊接处会出现应力集中,应力达到700 MPa,疲劳寿命仿真显示在应力集中位置疲劳耐久性能较差,疲劳寿命仅为74次。The corrugated tube in the 252 kV vacuum arc extinguishing chamber has large stroke,fast speed,and a pressure difference of 0.9 MPa,which causes it to be in plastic deformation stage during the breaking process,resulting in poor fatigue durability.The structure and fatigue performance of the corrugated tube for 252 kV vacuum arc extinguishing chambers are studied,so as to provide theoretical basis for subsequent design and optimization of corrugated tube structures.By establishing a three-dimensional model of the corrugated tube with a total length of 200 mm,wave spacing of 8mm,wave thickness of 4 mm,and outer diameter of 100 mm,the structural analysis is carried out by using finite element method,and the fatigue life of it is predicted by combining it with the Fatigue Tools module in Ansys Workbench.The research results indicate that the stress concentration occurs at the welding point of the main motion end of the corrugated tube,with a stress of 700 MPa.The fatigue life simulation shows that the fatigue durability performance is poor at the stress concentration position,with a fatigue life of only 74 times.
