摘  要:为了解决硬管高功率微波源脉冲放气带来的真空恶化问题,根据不同主频、不同波段的微波源辐射特性及屏蔽防护要求,设计了一套抗强电磁干扰的动态真空测量系统。并且基于一种硬管高功率微波源,进行单次脉冲、重频脉冲实验验证。实验结果表明:动态真空测量系统可以很好地捕捉到脉冲放气的动态特性采集、真空压强的实时变化情况以及脉冲释放气体分子数总量。实验结果可以为微波源的正常输出提供技术保障,为硬管化保真空设计方案、保真空寿命评估提供重要的数据支撑和实验借鉴。In order to solve the problem of vacuum deterioration caused by pulse outgassing of hard-tube high-power microwave sources,a dynamic vacuum measurement system with strong electromagnetic interference resistance is designed according to the radiation characteristics and shielding protection requirements of microwave sources with different main frequencies and bands.Based on a hard-tube high-power microwave source,single pulse and repetitively operated pulse experiments are conducted to verify the system.The experimental results show that the dynamic vacuum measurement system can effectively capture the dynamic characteristics of pulse outgassing,real-time changes in vacuum pressure,and the total number of outgassing molecules released by the pulse.The experimental results can provide technical support for normal output of microwave sources,and provide important data support and experimental reference for the design scheme of hard-tube vacuum holding and the evaluation of vacuum holding time.
