黔东南西江千户苗寨古村落旅游可持续发展的SWOT分析

摘　　要：为提高西江千户苗寨旅游景区的发展质量、加强生态环境的保护与恢复、实现经济的良性循环,基于SWOT分析法,对西江千户苗寨古村落的历史、经济、文化和旅游资源进行梳理,分析其具有的优势与劣势,面临的机遇与挑战,并以上述研究为基础对西江千户苗寨古村落的可持续发展提出对策建议。其可持续发展的核心对策包括制定合理的旅游规划和管理措施,加强文化传承与保护,鼓励社区参与治理,协调政府、社区、企业之间的关系。This study aims to explore the sustainable development of the One-Thousand-Household Miao Village in Xijiang through SWOT analysis.By sorting out the history,economy,culture,and tourism resources of the One-Thousand-Household Miao Village in Xijiang,analyzing its advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,the countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of the One-Thousand-Household Miao Village in Xijiang are proposed.The core strategies for its sustainable development include formulating reasonable tourism planning and management measures,strengthening cultural inheritance and protection,encouraging community participation in governance,and coordinating the relationship among the government,community,and enterprises.These measures are conducive to improving the service quality of the One-Thousand-Household Miao Village tourist attractions,strengthening the protection and restoration of the ecological environment,and achieving a virtuous cycle of the economy.
