机械设计基础教学中摆动导杆机构案例的开发与应用

摘　　要：机械设计基础是机械类专业必修的一门专业核心课程,是学生搭建机械知识结构方面不可或缺的入门课。由于机械设计基础课程注重抽象的理论和具体的物理模型相结合,即理论联系实际,因此,教学过程需要依托案例进行教学。随着教学改革的不断深入,现有的教材案例不足以提高学生的创新能力和课程的挑战度。基于摆动导杆知识点,开发新型摆动导杆式连铸结晶器非正弦振动系统的专创案例,通过摆动导杆式案例讲解、分析和总结,将有效提高学生的学习效果和课堂的教学效果,同时对于培养学生的工程意识、创新意识和思维等方面具有重要的意义。Mechanical Design Fundamentals is a compulsory core course for mechanical majors,and is an essential introductory course for students to build mechanical knowledge structures.The fundamentals of mechanical design emphasis on combining abstract theories with concrete physical models,that is to say,linking theory with practice.Thus,the teaching process needs cases to teach.With the continuous deepening of teaching reform,the cases of existing textbook are not enough to improve students’innovation ability and the challenge of the curriculum.Based on the knowledge points of swing guide bar mechanism,a novel non-sinusoidal oscillator of continuous casting for specialized case was proposed.Through the explanation,analysis,and summary of swing guide bar cases,students’learning and class teaching effectiveness will be effectively improved.At the same time,it is of great significance for cultivating students’engineering awareness,innovation awareness,and thinking.
