过采空区钻孔静止水位分析——以童亭煤矿863-2#瓦斯采动井为例

摘  要:现今,随着煤矿资源逐渐往地下深部的开采,不可避免地存在需要进行地面瓦斯采动井过采空区的施工,以减少矿井瓦斯危害。矿区地面瓦斯采动井过采空区的施工往往存在较大风险,采空区范围及其顶底板由于采动形成空腔仍存在一定的裂隙,且具备一定的连通性,钻进过程中会出现漏失现象,同时在钻孔施工中也会发生掉块、卡钻等复杂情况。如果在施工过程中能够提前分析预测漏失最严重区域深度,并提前采取适当措施,将最大限度降低工程施工风险。通过注水试验,运用裘布依公式的推算,以求最大漏失点即静止水位。分析表明,计算结果能够可靠地对钻进过程中后续遇到的最大漏点进行预测。该方法能够很好地辅助进一步的施工,为过采空区提供精准指导。Nowadays,with the gradual mining of coal resources deep underground,it is inevitable that there is a need to carry out the construction of surface gas mining wells through goaf areas to reduce mine gas hazards.The construction of surface gas mining wells through the goaf in the mine area often has great risks.There are still certain cracks in the goaf area and its roof and floor due to mining,and they have certain connectivity.Leakage will occur during the drilling process.At the same time,complex situations such as block dropping and drill sticking will also occur during drilling construction.If the depth of the most serious leakage area can be analyzed and predicted in advance during the construction process,and appropriate measures are taken in advance,the project construction risks will be minimized.Through water injection test,the maximum leakage point,i.e.the static water level,is calculated by using the calculation of Dupuit formula.The result of the analysis shows that the calculation results can reliably predict the maximum leakage point encountered subsequently during drilling.This method can well assist further construction and provide accurate guidance for passing through the goaf.
