摘 要:转子裂纹是转子系统典型故障之一,因其成因复杂,对振动的响应不敏感,发生概率比较低,所以很容易被忽视和误判,会造成非常严重的后果。因此,开展转子裂纹影响因素分析显得既重要又迫切。该文主要运用FTA对转子裂纹影响因素展开分析,先定性分析转子裂纹发生机理和影响因素;再对影响因素进行FTA建模,定量分析转子裂纹影响因素发生频率;最后预测转子裂纹的发生概率和根据影响因素概率、临界重要度得出转子裂纹的较薄弱因素,为及时有效地防治转子裂纹故障和更好地维护转子系统安全提供一定的理论依据。Rotor crack is one of the typical faults of the rotor system.Because of its complex causes,insensitive to vibration response,and relatively low probability of occurrence,it can easily be ignored and misjudged,causing very serious consequences.Therefore,it is important and urgent to analyze the influencing factors of rotor cracks.In this paper,FTA is mainly used to analyze the influencing factors of rotor cracks.First,the mechanism and influencing factors of rotor cracks are qualitatively analyzed;then,FTA is modeled on the influencing factors and the frequency of occurrence of rotor crack influencing factors is quantitatively analyzed;finally,the probability of rotor cracks is predicted and the weaker factors of rotor cracks are obtained based on the probability of influencing factors and critical importance,which provides a certain theoretical basis for timely and effective prevention of rotor crack faults and better maintenance of rotor system safety.
