超大厚度黄土地区地基处理新技术应用研究

摘  要:大厚度黄土广泛分布于甘肃、陕西、宁夏及山西地区,黄土层主要特性为湿陷性,湿陷性黄土是一种非饱和的欠固结土,因浸水土的结构破坏而发生明显变形。现行规范有很多处理既有建筑地基下沉的方法,但对厚度较大湿陷性黄土处理效果偏差,存在二次下沉风险。以某高层不均匀沉降处理工程为实例,采用锚杆钢管静压桩进行有效托换,使桩端进入良好力学性能的持力层,能够有效提高地基承载力,并通过锚杆提供一定的预压力,高效地解决了地基基础不均匀下沉问题。通过对压桩过程中随着压桩深度变化压桩力及钢管桩屈曲变形的研究,着力解决压桩深度不够,钢管屈曲影响钢管桩承载力问题,为既有建筑采用钢管静压桩地基基础加固提供参考。Large-thickness loess is widely distributed in Gansu,Shaanxi,Ningxia and Shanxi regions.The main characteristic of the loess layer is collapsible.Collapsible loess is an unsaturated underconsolidated soil that undergoes obvious deformation due to the structural damage of the soaked soil.The current code has many methods to deal with the subsidence of existing building foundations,but the treatment effect of collapsible loess with large thickness is deviated,and there is a risk of secondary subsidence.Taking a high-rise uneven settlement treatment project as an example,anchor steel tube static pressure piles are used for effective underpinning,so that the pile ends can enter the bearing stratum with good mechanical properties,which can effectively improve the foundation bearing capacity;and this process provides certain preload through the anchor rods,which efficiently solves the problem of uneven settlement of the foundation.Through the research on the pile pressing force and the buckling deformation of steel pipe piles with the change of pile pressing depth during the pile pressing process,efforts are made to solve the problem that the pile pressing depth is not enough and the buckling of steel pipes affects the bearing capacity of steel pipe piles,so as to provide a basis for existing buildings to adopt static pressure steel pipe piles for foundation reinforcement.
