浙东运河线性文化遗产保护传承利用的境遇与路径审视

摘　　要：浙东运河是我国大运河的三大组成部分之一,保护好、传承好、利用好运河文化遗产具有独特的战略价值、生态价值、文化价值与经济价值。现阶段浙东运河保护传承利用中的现实境遇主要表现为一体化顶层规划设计及保护传承利用机制有待完善、独特文化内涵的挖掘研究与宣传有待加强、创造性转化与创新性发展水平有待提升等方面。在此,借鉴国内成功经验,运用线性文化遗产理念提出浙东运河的一体化管理、编制浙东运河文化和旅游一体化发展规划、实施数字赋能的线上线下融合创新发展模式等保护传承利用的新路径。The East Zhejiang Canal is one of the three major parts of the Grand Canal in China.It has unique strategic value,ecological value,cultural value and economic value to protect,inherit and make good use of the canal cultural heritage.At present,the practical situation of the protection,inheritance and utilization of the East Zhejiang Canal is mainly manifested in the problems of the integrated top-level planning and design,the protection,inheritance and utilization mechanism to be improved,the research and publicity of the unique cultural connotation to be strengthened,and the creative transformation and innovative development level to be improved.Based on the successful experience in China,this paper uses the concept of linear cultural heritage to propose a new path of protection,inheritance and utilization,such as strengthening the integrated management of the East Zhejiang Canal,preparing the integrated development plan of the East Zhejiang Canal’s culture and tourism,and implementing the innovative development mode of online and offline integration with digital empowering.
