摘  要:针对厚煤层综放工作面开采及收作期间易自燃的问题,以姚桥煤矿7010工作面为研究背景,总结了工作面遗煤易自燃的影响因素,综合现场实测与数值模拟,给出了工作面采空区自燃“三带”分布规律,提出7010工作面收作期间“实时监测预警+严控顶板遗煤+机尾预前注浆+风量合理管控+喷注充填封堵”综合防控技术措施。监测结果表明,CO浓度均在24 ppm以下,未发现C_(2)H_(4)、C_(2)H_(6)等气体,采空区遗煤自燃情况得到有效控制。Aiming at the problems of spontaneous combustion during the mining and harvesting of fully mechanized caving face in thick coal seam,taking 7010 working face of Yaoqiao Coal Mine as the research background,the influencing factors of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in working face are summarized.Based on the field measurement and numerical simulation,the distribution law of spontaneous combustion'three zones'in goaf of working face is given,and the comprehensive prevention and control technical measures of'real-time monitoring and early warning+strict control of residual coal in roof+pre-grouting at tail+reasonable control of air volume+injection filling and plugging'during the harvesting of 7010 working face are put forward.The monitoring results show that the CO concentration is below 24 ppm,and no gas such as C_(2)H_(4) and C_(2)H_(6) is found,and the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf is effectively controlled.
