摘 要:探索了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(以下简称:ABS树脂)结构。开展了ABS树脂结构的导数中红外(MIR)光谱(包括:包括一阶导数MIR光谱、二阶导数MIR光谱、三阶导数MIR光谱及四阶导数MIR光谱)和不同平滑点条件下(包括:5个平滑点、9个平滑点、13个平滑点、19个平滑点、25个平滑点、37个平滑点、49个平滑点和149个平滑点)二阶导数MIR光研究。实验发现,ABS树脂结构官能团的红外吸收模式包括:ν_(C-H-苯乙烯结构)、ν_(asCH_(2)-烃类结构)、ν_(sCH_(2)-烃类结构)、ν_(C≡N-腈基结构)、ν_(C=O-羰基结构)、ν_(C=C-苯乙烯结构)、δ_(sCH_(3)-烃基结构)、γ_(C-H-1-丁二烯结构)、γ_(C-H-2-苯乙烯结构)和γ_(C-H-3-苯乙烯结构)。5个平滑点条件下,ABS树脂结构官能团二阶导数MIR光谱可以提供更加丰富的光谱信息。导数MIR光谱可以快速开展ABS树脂结构研究。The structure of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer (hereinafter referred to as ABS resin) was explored.The derivative mid infrared (MIR) spectroscopy studies on ABS resin structures (including first-order derivative MIRspectroscopy, second-order derivative MIR spectroscopy, third-order derivative MIR spectroscopy, and fourth-orderderivative MIR spectroscopy,) as well as second-order derivative MIR light studies under different smoothing conditions(including 5 smoothing points, 9 smoothing points, 13 smoothing points, 19 smoothing points, 25 smoothing points, 37smoothing points, 49 smoothing points, and 149 smoothing points) were conducted. Experiments have found that theinfrared absorption modes of functional groups in ABS resin structures include: ν_(C-H-styrene structure) , ν_(asCH2-hydrocarbon structure) , ν_(sCH2-hydrocarbon structure) ,ν_(C≡N-nitrile structure ), ν_(C=O-carbonyl structure) , ν_(C=C-Styrene structure ), δ_(sCH3-alkyl structure ), γ_(C-H-1-butadiene structure) , γ_(C-H-2-styrene structure) and γ_(C-H-3-styrene structure ). Under the condition of5 smooth points, the second derivative MIR spectrum of functional groups in ABS resin structure can provide richer spectralinformation. Derivative MIR spectroscopy can quickly conduct structural studies on ABS resin.
