摘 要:生活垃圾焚烧行业的快速发展促成焚烧飞灰的大量产生,飞灰中含有大量钙基组分,利用其制备高附加值碳酸钙产品是一条具有广阔前景的资源化利用技术路线。系统综述了飞灰间接矿化CO_(2)制备碳酸钙技术路线的相关影响因素,重点对飞灰中钙组分浸出过程的影响因素(浸取剂种类、浸取剂浓度、浸取液固比、浸取温度、浸取时间、飞灰自身理化特性等)和飞灰浸取液碳酸化过程的影响因素(反应温度、CO_(2)浓度、搅拌速度、溶液体系等)进行了系统分析,并对飞灰制备碳酸钙技术路线存在的问题进行了总结,并提出展望。指出为提高该技术路线的经济性,选择浸取剂时可比较其成本价格并且实现浸取剂的循环使用,若适用于工业生产,应深入研究其过程中的反应动力学及碳酸钙成核机理,并同步关注飞灰中氯基组分、重金属的去向。The rapid development of the municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI)industry has led to a large amount of fly ash,which contains a large amount of calcium-based components.Using it to prepare high value-added calcium carbonate products is a promising technology route for resource utilization.A systematic review was conducted on the relevant influencing factors of the technology route for indirectly mineralizing CO_(2) from fly ash to prepare calcium carbonate.The influencing factors of calcium component leaching process in fly ash(type of leaching agent,concentration of leaching agent,liquid-solid ratio of leaching solution,leaching temperature,leaching time,physical and chemical properties of fly ash itself,etc.)and the influencing factors of carbonation process in fly ash leaching solution(reaction temperature,CO_(2) concentration,stirring speed,solution system,etc.)were systematically analyzed.The problems in the technical route of preparing calcium carbonate from fly ash were summarized,and prospects were proposed.It is pointed out that in order to improve the economic efficiency of this technology route,the cost and price of the leaching agent can be compared when selecting it,and the recycling of the leaching agent can be achieved.If it is suitable for industrial production,the reaction kinetics and nucleation mechanism of calcium carbonate in the process should be thoroughly studied,and the fate of chloride-based components and heavy metals in fly ash should be simultaneously monitored.
