摘  要:锰是钢铁工业的重要原料,是我国短缺性战略性关键矿产之一,准确分析锰矿石中各元素含量对新一轮战略找矿有重要意义。常规酸溶法无法将锰矿石完全溶解,碱熔法又会引入大量盐类,导致低含量Na、K等无法准确测定。采用偏硼酸锂-四硼酸锂混合熔剂高温熔融,王水酸化浸提,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定锰矿石中14种主次量元素。通过优化各元素分析谱线,对熔剂用量、熔样温度、熔样时间、酸的选择进行研究,确定了最佳实验条件。标准曲线线性相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.001%~0.030%,标准物质测定值相对误差为0~3.25%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为0.11%~8.4%,均满足《地质矿产实验室测试质量管理规范》要求。方法能够准确、高效地完成锰矿石样品中多元素的同时测定。Manganese is an essential raw material,and one of the strategically critical minerals in our country.The precise analysis of elemental composition in manganese ore holds significant importance for a new phase of strategic exploration.The conventional acid dissolution method fails to completely extract the insoluble elements in manganese ore,while the alkali melting method introduces a significant amount of salts,leading to the inability to determine Na,K and other elements.The determination of 14 elements in manganese ore was conducted using ICP-OES after high-temperature melting with a mixed solvent of lithium metaborate and lithium tetraborate,followed by acid leaching with aqua regia to address these issues.The analytical spectrum lines of each element were optimized,and the parameters including flux dosage,melting temperature,melting time,and acid selection were thoroughly investigated to determine the optimal test conditions.The relative error of the measured value for the standard material was between 0 and 3.25%,demonstrating high precision and accuracy.Additionally,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=7)ranged from 0.11%to 8.4%,reflecting acceptable variability in repeated measurements according to“Geological and Mineral Laboratory Test Quality Management Standard”.The proposed method enables the precise and efficient simultaneous determination of multiple elements in manganese ore samples.
