摘 要:为准确定量化学肥料中的单质硫含量,选取4种不同的肥料,考察最优称样量、方法精密度、加标回收率等参数,建立了重量差减法测定化学肥料中单质硫含量的方法。通过探讨不同称样量对测定结果的影响,结果表明,所称取的样品单质硫含量在100~150 mg比较适宜。对5个协同实验室间的比对检测数据,按照国家标准GB/T 6379.2-2004进行了统计分析,拟合出重复性限r和再现性限R与单质硫含量 的线性方程,方法的重复性限r=0.10307+0.00808m,再现性限R=0.21427+0.03165m。加标回收率为98.7%~100%。方法的精密度可靠、准确度高,可以实现化学肥料产品中单质硫含量的准确定量。In order to accurately quantify the elemental sulfur content in chemical fertilizers,four different fertilizers were selected in this paper.The parameters of optimal sample weight,method precision and spiked recovery rate were investigated,and a method for the determination of elemental sulfur content in chemical fertilizers by gravimetric method was established.The influence of different sample amount on the results was discussed.The sulfur content in test samples was set in the range of 100-150 mg,which was applicable to the determination of elemental sulfur content in fertilizers using by the tested gravimetric method.The data from the five collaborative laboratories were statistically analyzed according to national standard GB/T 6379.2-2004.The repeatability limit r and reproducibility limit R of method were showed as=0.10307+0.00808m and=0.21427+0.03165m.The spiked recovery rate was 98.7%-100%.The test results showed that the method had good precision and high accuracy.The elemental sulfur content in fertilizers or soil conditioners could be quantified accurately using this method.
