摘  要:铝钽、铝钨、铝钼、铝铌二元铝合金作为钛合金冶炼的重要添加剂,准确测定其氧氮含量对于钛合金冶炼来说至关重要。通过对助熔剂种类、称样量、分析功率的研究,优化了实验参数,建立了惰性气体熔融红外吸收/热导技术同时测定铝钼、铝铌、铝钽、铝钨二元铝合金中氧氮含量的新方法。称取0.05~0.15 g铝合金样品,放入镍篮,投入脱气后的石墨套坩埚中,控制分析功率为4.5~5.5 kW,以标准样品建立校准曲线,实现了惰气熔融-红外/热导法同时测定二元铝合金中氧和氮。氧和氮的方法测定下限分别为0.0009%和0.0003%。采用实验方法对4个二元铝合金实际样品中氧和氮进行测定,氧和氮测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)分别为1.5%~3.7%和2.3%~7.6%。进行加标回收实验结果表明,方法准确性好。方法的建立,有利于钛合金生产企业从原材料入手实现钛合金的品质控制。Aluminum-tantalum,aluminum-tungsten,aluminum-molybdenum,and aluminum-niobium binary aluminum alloys are important additives in titanium alloy smelting.Accurately measuring their oxygen and nitrogen content is crucial for titanium alloy smelting.By studying the types of flux,sample weight,and analysis power,the experimental parameters were optimized,a new method for simultaneous determination of oxygen and nitrogen content in aluminum-molybdenum,aluminum-niobium,aluminum-tantalum,and aluminum-tungsten binary aluminum alloys using inert gas fusion-infrared and thermal conductivity technology has been established through experiments.The aluminum alloy samples of 0.05 to 0.15 g were put into nickel basket,which was then put into degassed graphite crucible.The analysis power was maintained between 4.5 and 5.5 kW.A calibration curve was established using the standard sample,enabling the simultaneous determination of oxygen and nitrogen in binary aluminum alloy using inert gas fusion-infrared and thermal conductivity technology.The detection limits for oxygen and nitrogen were 0.0009%and 0.0003%,respectively.The method was applied to determine the oxygen and nitrogen content of four binary aluminum alloy samples,the relative standard deviation(n=11)of the oxygen and nitrogen measurement results were 1.5 to 3.7%and 2.3 to 7.6%,respectively.The results of the recovery test indicate that the method has good accuracy.The establishment of this method is beneficial for titanium alloy production enterprises to start from the original source and achieve quality control of titanium alloys.
