针刀疗法联合功能训练治疗膝骨关节炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:评价膝骨关节炎患者采用针刀疗法联合功能训练治疗的效果。方法:选取2023年3月—2024年3月在福建省老年医院治疗的60例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各30例。两组均进行功能训练,对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊,观察组采用针刀疗法,比较两组治疗效果、疼痛程度、关节功能、炎症因子、超声下股直肌厚度。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平低于对照组,Lysholm评分高于对照组,超声下股直肌厚度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝骨关节炎患者采用针刀疗法联合功能训练治疗效果显著,可减轻疼痛程度,降低炎症因子水平,提高关节功能,增加超声下股直肌厚度。Objective:To evaluate the effect of needle knife therapy combined with functional training in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Method:A total of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who treated in Fujian Provincial Geriatric Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.Two groups were given functional training,the control group was treated with Celecoxib Capsules orally,the observation group was treated with needle knife therapy.The therapeutic effect,pain degree,joint function,inflammatory factors and rectus femoris thickness under ultrasound were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the Lysholm score was higher than that in the control group,and the rectus femoris thickness under ultrasound was greater than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination treatment of needle knife combined with functional training for patients with knee osteoarthritis is effective,which can help alleviate pain,reduce anti-inflammatory,and promote joint function improvement,increase the the rectus femoris thickness under ultrasound.
