摘　　要：目的:探究肿瘤放疗后上肢淋巴水肿应用桂枝芍药知母汤的效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年3月茂名市人民医院肿瘤科80例放疗后上肢淋巴水肿患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=40)及观察组(n=40)。对照组进行功能锻炼。观察组在对照组基础上给予桂枝芍药知母汤。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组水肿改善总有效率及生活质量改善率均优于对照组,治疗后中医症候积分、复发率及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,复发时间晚于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤放疗后淋巴水肿患者应用桂枝芍药知母汤具有良好的临床治疗效果,可改善患者临床症状,降低复发率,提高生活质量,且安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effect of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction on upper limb lymphedema after tumor radiotherapy.Method:A total of 80 patients with radiotherapy upper limb lymphedema in the Oncology Department of Maoming People's Hospital from May 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group performed the functional exercise.The observation group was given Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of edema improvement and quality of life improvement in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score after treatment,recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group,and the recurrence time was later than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of lymphedema after radiotherapy with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction has an ideal clinical effect,which can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate,improve the quality of life,and has high safety.
