摘　　要：目的:分析经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术(TUERP)联合坦索罗辛、非那雄胺治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者的效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年12月福州市第二总医院泌尿外科收治的75例BPH患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=37,实施TUERP)与观察组(n=38,在对照组基础上给予坦索罗辛、非那雄胺)。比较两组泌尿功能[前列腺体积、最大尿流率(Qmax)、残余尿量(RUV)]、下尿路症状严重程度[国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)]、勃起功能[国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)]及血清指标[血清总前列腺特异性抗原(tPSA)、游离前列腺特异性抗原(fPSA)及fPSA/tPSA]。结果:两组治疗前泌尿功能、下尿路症状严重程度、勃起功能及血清指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后前列腺体积、RUV、IPSS评分、tPSA、fPSA低于对照组,Qmax、IIEF-5评分、fPSA/tPSA高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TUERP联合坦索罗辛、非那雄胺治疗BPH可有效提高Qmax,降低前列腺体积、RUV,且能改善性功能。Objective:To analyze the effect of transurethral plasma enucleation of prostate(TUERP)combined with Tamsulosin,Finasteride in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Method:A total of 75 BPH patients who admitted to the Department of Urology of Fuzhou Second General Hospital from May 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group(n=37,TUERP)and the observation group(n=38,Tamsulosin and Finasteride on the basis of the control group)according to the random number table method.The urinary function[prostate volume,maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax),residual urine volume(RUV)],severity of lower urinary tract symptoms[international prostate symptom score(IPSS)],erectile function[international index of erectile function(IIEF-5)]and serum indexes[serum total prostate specific antigen(tPSA),free prostate specific antigen(fPSA)and fPSA/tPSA]were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in the urinary function,severity of lower urinary tract symptoms,erectile function and serum indexes between two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the prostate volume,RUV,IPSS score,tPSA and fPSA in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,while Qmax,IIEF-5 score and fPSA/tPSA were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TUERP combined with Tamsulosin,Finasteride in the treatment of patients with BPH can effectively improve Qmax,reduce prostate volume and RUV,and improve sexual function.
