摘  要:目的:探究不同孕期血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-human choionic gonadotophin,β-hCG)、雌二醇(estradiol,E_(2))、孕酮(progesterone,P)、卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)水平变化。方法:选择2022年1—10月在中新广州知识城医院接受产检的120例健康孕妇进行研究,另选择同期在本院非妊娠的健康体检者40例。120例健康孕妇作为妊娠组,根据妊娠阶段不同分为孕早期组(n=28)、孕中期组(n=58)、孕晚期组(n=34),另选择同期在本院非妊娠的健康体检者设为对照组(n=40)。四组入组时均抽取静脉血,采用化学发光法测定血清hCG、E_(2)、P、FSH水平,比较各组检测结果。结果:妊娠组血清β-hCG、E_(2)、P水平均显著高于对照组,而FSH水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孕早期组血清β-hCG、FSH水平显著高于孕中期组、孕晚期组,E_(2)、P水平明显低于孕中期组、孕晚期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);孕中期组血清β-hCG水平明显高于孕晚期组,而P水平显著低于孕晚期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);孕中期组与孕晚期组血清E_(2)、FSH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:妊娠期女性血清β-hCG、E_(2)、P等激素水平会出现明显异常,而且不同孕期异常波动幅度各有差异,临床应根据孕妇实际情况动态监测血清β-hCG、E_(2)、P、FSH水平变化以评估妊娠健康状态。Objective:To explore the changes of serumβ-human choionic gonadotophin(β-hCG),estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P),and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)levels at different stages of pregnancy.Method:A total of 120 healthy pregnant women who received prenatal examination in Zhongxin Guangzhou Knowledge City Hospital from January to October 2022 were selected for the study,and 40 healthy non-pregnant women who received physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected.The 120 healthy pregnant women were selected as pregnancy group,and they were divided into early pregnancy group(n=28),middle pregnancy group(n=58)and late pregnancy group(n=34)according to different stages of pregnancy,non-pregnant healthy subjects in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group(n=40).Venous blood was taken when four groups enrolled,the levels of serum hCG,E_(2),P and FSH were measured by chemiluminescence method,and the results of each group were compared.Result:The levels of serumβ-hCG,E_(2) and P in the pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the level of FSH was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serumβ-hCG and FSH in the early pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in the middle pregnancy group and the late pregnancy group,and the levels of E_(2) and P were significantly lower than those in the middle pregnancy group and the late pregnancy group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of serumβ-hCG in the middle pregnancy group was significantly higher than that in the late pregnancy group,while the level of P was significantly lower than that in the late pregnancy group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the levels of serum E_(2) and FSH between the the middle pregnancy group and the late pregnancy group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum HCG,E_(2),P an
