摘　　要：目的:探究急性胃肠功能损伤分级护理对重症胃肠功能障碍患者的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年1月盐城市中医院收治的80例重症胃肠功能障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采用急性胃肠功能损伤分级护理,比较两组护理前后营养指标、肠屏障功能及胃肠道生活质量。结果:观察组护理后营养指标高于对照组,二胺氧化酶、血浆D-乳酸均低于对照组,胃肠生活质量量表(gastrointestinal quality of life index,GIQLI)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症胃肠功能障碍患者采取急性胃肠功能损伤分级护理可有效改善营养指标,降低肠屏障功能,改善胃肠道生活质量评分。Objective:To explore the effect of graded care for acute gastrointestinal function injury on patients with severe gastrointestinal dysfunction.Method:A total of 80 patients with severe gastrointestinal dysfunction who admitted to Yancheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given graded care for acute gastrointestinal function injury.The nutritional indexes,intestinal barrier function and gastrointestinal quality of life before and after nursing were compared between two groups.Result:The nutritional indexes of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,the diamine oxidase and plasma D-lactic acid were lower than those of the control group,and the gastrointestinal quality of life index(GIQLI)scores were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Graded care for acute gastrointestinal function injury for patients with severe gastrointestinal dysfunction can effectively improve the nutritional index,reduce the intestinal barrier function and improve the gastrointestinal quality of life score.
