摘　　要：目的:观察刺络拔罐放血联合健康行为改变整合理论(integrated theory of health behavior change,ITHBC)护理方案在带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2024年2月盐城市中医院门诊收治的98例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,采取信封随机化分组法分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(ITHBC护理),各49例。对比两组中医症候评分、简明疼痛评估量表(brief pain inventory,BPI)及自我管理能力评分量表(exercise self-care agency scale,ESCA)评分。结果:干预前,两组中医症候评分、ESCA评分及BPI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组中医症候评分、ESCA评分及BPI评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施ITHBC护理方案可显著降低刺络拔罐放血治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的疼痛感,改善其自我管理能力。Objective:To observe the application effect of acupuncture cupping bloodletting combined with integrated theory of health behavior change(ITHBC)nursing scheme in patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Method:A total of 98 patients with herpes zoster postherpetic neuralgia admitted to the Outpatient Department of Yancheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were divided into control group(routine care)and observation group(ITHBC care)by envelope randomized grouping method,with 49 cases each.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,the brief pain inventory(BPI)and the exercise self-care agency scale(ESCA)were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,ESCA score and BPI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,ESCA score and BPI score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of ITHBC nursing protocol can significantly reduce the pain and improve the self-management ability of patients with postherpetic neuralgia.
