摘　　要：目的:探讨协同护理管理模式对老年脑卒中患者运动功能障碍康复的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的105例老年脑卒中患者,按照随机数表法将患者分为两组,其中对照组(n=52)采用常规护理干预,观察组(n=53)采用协同护理管理模式干预。比较两组康复依从性、肢体运动功能、生活质量及并发症发生率。结果:观察组锻炼效果监督、身体参与锻炼、及时寻求建议相关依从性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组中文版Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)、中文版脑卒中生存质量量表(SS-QOL)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.66%,低于对照组21.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:协同护理管理模式能有效提高老年脑卒中患者康复依从性,促进肢体活动功能恢复并提高生活质量,且能降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the impact of collaborative nursing management mode on the rehabilitation of motor dysfunction in elderly stroke patients.Method:A total of 105 elderly stroke patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=52)received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(n=53)received collaborative nursing management mode intervention.Rehabilitation compliance,limb motor function,quality of life and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of exercise effect supervision,physical participation in exercise and timely advice seeking in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Chinese version of Fugl-Meyer motor function scale(FMA)and Chinese version of stroke quality of life scale(SS-QOL)scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.66%,which was lower than 21.15%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The collaborative nursing management model can effectively improve the rehabilitation compliance of elderly stroke patients,promote the recovery of limb movement function and improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
