磁刺激联合理筋弹拨法在产后梨状肌综合征治疗中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察磁刺激联合理筋弹拨法在产后梨状肌综合征治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年2月于佛山市妇幼保健院就诊的40例产后梨状肌综合征患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各20例。对照组采用理筋弹拨法治疗,研究组采用磁刺激联合理筋弹拨法治疗,隔天1次,5次为1个疗程。在治疗前、治疗1个疗程后和治疗后3个月,比较两组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、下腰痛评分法[日本骨科学会(JOA)]评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分和临床疗效。结果:治疗1个疗程后、治疗后3个月,两组VAS评分、ODI评分均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,治疗后3个月,两组VAS评分、ODI评分均低于治疗1个疗程后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个疗程后、治疗后3个月,两组JOA评分均高于治疗前,且研究组均高于对照组,治疗后3个月,两组JOA评分均高于治疗1个疗程后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单纯理筋弹拨法相比,磁刺激联合理筋弹拨法在产后梨状肌综合征患者治疗中的效果更好,可减轻疼痛,改善功能障碍。Objective:To observe the effect of magnetic stimulation combined with tendon plucking and regulating of Chinese massage on postpartum piriformis syndrome.Method:A total of 40 patients with piriformis syndrome after delivery in Foshan Women and Children Hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were recruited and divided into the control group and study group according to the random number method,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tendon plucking and regulating of Chinese massage,and the study group was treated with magnetic stimulation combined with tendon plucking and regulating of Chinese massage,once every other day,5 times for 1 course.Pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score,low back pain scale[Japanese Orthopaedic Society(JOA)]score,Oswestry disability index(ODI)score before treatment,1 course of treatment and 3 months after treatment,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:After 1 course of treatment and 3 months after treatment,VAS scores and ODI scores in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and 3 months after treatment,VAS scores and ODI scores in two groups were lower than after 1 course of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 course of treatment and 3 months after treatment,the JOA scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and 3 months after treatment,the JOA score of both groups were higher than those after 1 course of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the tendon plucking and regulating,magnetic stimulation combined with tendon plucking and regulating of Chinese massage is more effective in the treatment of postpartum piriformis syndrome patien
