液氮低温冷冻联合外用干扰素凝胶治疗外阴尖锐湿疣的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨液氮低温冷冻联合外用干扰素凝胶治疗外阴尖锐湿疣患者的效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2022年10月莆田九十五医院皮肤性病科收治的82例外阴尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将患者分为两组,各41例。对照组给予局麻下CO_(2)激光治疗。观察组给予液氮低温冷冻治疗。两种均在首次治疗结束后联合外用干扰素凝胶治疗。观察两组患者治愈率、创面愈合情况、生活质量、不良反应及复发率。结果:治疗30 d后,观察组治愈率为80.49%,高于对照组的58.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组皮肤受损面积小于对照组,创面结痂时间、创面愈合时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月后,两组生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74)各维度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组各不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访6个月后,观察组复发率为6.06%,高于对照组的29.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:液氮低温冷冻联合外用干扰素凝胶治疗外阴尖锐湿疣患者,有助于提高治愈率,减少皮肤受损面积,缩短创面结痂及愈合时间,降低复发率,提升生活质量,且不增加不良反应。Objective:To investigate the effect of liquid nitrogen cryopreservation combined with external Interferon Gel in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum of vulva.Method:A total of 82 patients with condyloma acuminatum of vulva admitted to the Department of Dermatology and Venereology of Putian 95 Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number method,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CO_(2) laser under local anesthesia,and the observation group was treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy.After the first treatment,the two groups were externally applied with Interferon Gel.The cure rate,wound healing status,quality of life,adverse reactions,and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Result:After 30 d of treatment,the cure rate of the observation group(80.49%)was higher than that of the control group(58.54%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The area of skin damage in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,and the time of wound scabbing and healing were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the scores of GQOLI-74 in all dimensions were increased in both groups,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After the follow-up period of 6 months,the recurrence rate of the observation group(6.06%)was lower than that of the control group(29.17%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liquid nitrogen cryopreservation combined with external Interferon Gel in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum of vulva is helpful to improve the cure rate,reduce the area of skin damage,shorten the time of wound scab formation an
