中西医治疗特发性炎性肌病研究进展

摘　　要：特发性炎性肌病(IIM)是一组以骨骼肌受累为突出表现的获得性自身免疫性疾病,包括多种亚型,并发症诸多,可累及多个器官和系统。目前,临床治疗仍以糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂为主,但单纯使用西药或中药的治疗效果并不令人满意。近年来,中西医结合治疗IIM取得一定疗效,逐渐得到临床的重视。本文将基于现代医学、中医学对IIM的研究,以及近年来中西医结合治疗的IIM进展做一综述。Idiopathic inflammatory myopathy(IIM)is a group of acquired autoimmune diseases characterized by skeletal muscle involvement,including multiple subtypes,numerous complications,and involving multiple organs and systems.At present,glucocorticoids and immunosuppressor are still the main clinical treatment,but the therapeutic effect of simply using western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine is not satisfactory.In recent years,the treatment of IIM with the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment has achieved certain efficacy,and gradually receives clinical attention.This article discusses the research on IIM in modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,and reviews the progress of IIM treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in recent years.
