摘　　要：特发性炎性肌病相关间质性肺病(IIM-ILD)患者临床病程,对治疗反应及临床预后存在相当大的异质性。因此,IIM-ILD患者因通过相关临床表现的帮助下早发现,治疗应早期、规范、个体化,多学科参与制定治疗策略和治疗方案,通过中西医共同诊治使患者的疾病缓解或稳定。因此对该病的中西医研究及相关标志物进行总结归纳。There is significant heterogeneity in the clinical course,treatment response,and clinical prognosis of interstitial lung disease related to idiopathic inflammatory myopathy(IIM-ILD)patients.Therefore,IIM-ILD patients should be detected early with the help of relevant clinical manifestations,and treatment should be early,standardized,and individualized.Multidisciplinary participation should be involved in the development of treatment strategies and plans.Through the joint diagnosis and treatment of Chinese and western medicine,the patients'disease can be alleviated or stabilized.Therefore,summarize and summarize the research on traditional Chinese and western medicine and related biomarkers of this disease.
