摘 要:以一台110 kV油浸式变压器为研究对象,进行了变压器箱体的振动噪声测试。根据变压器振动噪声特性,设计了一款可调频磁吸动力吸振器。为研究动力吸振器的排布方式,建立了变压器箱体三维有限元模型,并结合现场实验分析了变压器箱体的模态特征,进而掌握了变压器的振动能量分布,并根据振动能量分布安装动力吸振器。结果表明:在200 Hz频率附近,单个吸振器的减振效率为60%,三个吸振器的减振效率为80%。在100 Hz、200 Hz、300 Hz、400 Hz、500 Hz及600 Hz单频激励下,实验室环境噪声整体降噪2~3 d B(A),200 Hz处最大降噪量为3.51 d B(A)。安装动力吸振器后,变压器振动加速度总值降幅为1.96 m/s^(2),减振率71.3%,300 Hz频率处最大减振量为1.00 m/s^(2)、最大降噪量为5.96 d B(A),变压器噪声总值降幅为4.56 d B(A)。该研究验证了磁吸动力吸振器在变压器减振降噪上应用的可行性,也为后续类似谐波频率振动的控制提供了参考。Taking a 110 kV oil transformer as the research object,and carries out the vibration and noise test of the transformer box.According to the characteristics of transformer vibration and noise,this paper designs an adjustable tuned mass damper.In order to study the arrangement of tuned mass damper,a three-dimensional finite element model of transformer was established in this paper,and the modal characteristics of transformer box were analyzed combined with field experiments.Then the vibration energy distribution of transformer was grasped,and the tuned mass dampers were installed according to the vibration energy distribution.The results show that the vibration reduction efficiency of a single tuned mass damper is 60%,and that of three tuned mass dampers is 80%near the frequency of 200 Hz.Under 100 Hz,200 Hz,300 Hz,400 Hz,500 Hz and 600 Hz single frequency excitation,the overall noise of the laboratory environment was reduced by 2~3 dB(A),and the maximum noise reduction at 200 Hz was 3.51 dB(A).The total value of transformer vibration acceleration decreases by 1.96 m/s^(2),the vibration reduction rate is 71.3%,at 300 Hz frequency,the maximum vibration reduction is 1.00 m/s^(2),and the maximum noise reduction is 5.96 dB(A),the total value of transformer noise decreases by 4.56 dB(A).This paper verified the vibration reduction and noise reduction performance of the magnetic tuned mass damper,and also provided a reference for the control of similar vibration in the future.
