站台屏蔽门风压结构测试装置的仿真分析与优化

摘  要:站台屏蔽门风压结构测试是检测地铁站台屏蔽门安全性与稳定性的重要测试,其测试结果的准确性是地铁站台屏蔽门设计安全的重要保证。通过仿真分析与实验验证,旨在分析出站台屏蔽门风压结构测试装置的准确性,并进一步提高其准确度。首先,构建站台屏蔽门样机模型,运用ANSYS软件对风压结构测试装置的施加载荷方式进行仿真分析验证,并与真实载荷的作用结果进行对比分析,同时搭建样机验证。结果显示,风压结构测试装置准确度达到93.39%。之后,通过优化风压结构测试装置中气缸的数量及相对位置,发现当玻璃面均布气缸数小于6×6时,随着均布气缸数量的提升,装置准确度提升明显,当高于此数量时,随着气缸数量的提升,装置准确度虽有些许增加,但增加幅度并不明显,且装置复杂程度增加。最终确定单个玻璃面气缸的最优布置形式为6×6。此时,对整个站台门系统单元施加载荷,风压测试装置的准确度提升到98.36%,为后续其结构的改进提供了可靠支撑。The wind pressure structure test of platform screen doors is an important test for detecting the safety and stability of subway platform screen doors.The accuracy of its test results is an important guarantee for the safety of subway platform screen door design.Through simulation analysis and experimental verification,the aim is to analyze the accuracy of the wind pressure structure testing device for platform screen doors and further improve its accuracy.Firstly,a prototype model of the platform screen door was constructed.ANSYS software was used to simulate and analyze the load application method of the wind pressure structure testing device,and the results were compared with the actual load.At the same time,a prototype was built to verify the results.The accuracy of the wind pressure structure testing device reached 93.39%.Afterwards,by optimizing the number and relative position of cylinders in the wind pressure structure testing device,it was found that when the number of uniformly distributed cylinders on the glass surface was less than 6×6,the accuracy of the device improved significantly with the increase of the number of uniformly distributed cylinders.When it exceeded this number,although the accuracy of the device slightly increased with the increase of the number of cylinders,the effect was not significant,and the complexity of the device increased.The optimal arrangement of cylinders for a single glass surface was ultimately determined to be 6×6.At this point,when a load was applied to the entire platform door system unit,the accuracy of the wind pressure testing device increased to 98.36%,providing reliable support for the subsequent improvement of its structure.
