摘 要:为提升单向离合器的性能和工艺性,提出满足一阶连续性的参数化非圆滚柱型线构型方法。通过改变设计参数椭圆长轴、椭圆短轴、内外圈直径,研究设计参数与非圆滚柱单向离合器性能旋转角、接触角、接触应力之间的关系,建立非圆滚柱、滚柱式、楔块式单向离合器有限元模型,并进行仿真对比。最终得到以下结论:非圆滚柱单向离合器满足自锁及许用接触应力条件,设计合理;对非圆滚柱单向离合器旋转角、接触角和接触应力影响最大的设计参数是椭圆短轴,其次是椭圆长轴,内外圈直径影响最小;在相同扭矩下,非圆滚柱单向离合器优于楔块式、滚柱式单向离合器,表现在非圆滚柱单向离合器最大位移及接触应力均小于楔块式、滚柱式单向离合器,为非圆滚柱单向离合器设计提供方法参考。To enhance the performance and processability of one-way clutches,a parameterized non-circular roller profile configuration method satisfying first-order continuity is proposed.By altering the design parameters,including the major and minor axes of the ellipse,as well as the diameters of the inner and outer rings,the relationship between these design parameters and the performance indicators of the non-circular roller one-way clutch,such as the rotation angle,contact angle,and contact stress,is investigated.Finite element models of non-circular roller,roller-type,and wedge-type one-way clutches are established and subjected to simulation comparisons.The following conclusions are ultimately drawn:the non-circular roller one-way clutch meets the conditions of self-locking and allowable contact stress,indicating a reasonable design;among the design parameters,the minor axis of the ellipse has the greatest impact on the rotation angle,contact angle,and contact stress of the non-circular roller one-way clutch,followed by the major axis of the ellipse,and the diameters of the inner and outer rings have the least impact;under the same torque,the non-circular roller one-way clutch outperforms the wedge-type and roller-type one-way clutches,as evidenced by its smaller maximum displacement and contact stress compared to the latter two,providing a methodological reference for the design of non-circular roller one-way clutches.
