摘  要:基于自主研发的多模式微动-滑动磨损试验机,进行了GH4169镍基合金球/TC17钛合金的切向微动磨损实验,从材料微动运行特性、磨痕微观形貌、磨损量和磨痕化学成分四个维度揭示了法向载荷对TC17钛合金微动磨损行为的影响。结果表明:随着法向载荷的增加,微动运行区经历了从完全滑移区到混合区再到部分滑移区的转变过程。在部分滑移区,材料损伤轻微,主要为黏着磨损、剥层和氧化磨损;进入混合区后,损伤加剧,出现塑性变形和大量剥落形貌等,主要为剥层、磨粒磨损和氧化磨损;至完全滑移区,损伤最为严重。损伤机制与摩擦副接触状态紧密相关,涉及剥层、磨粒磨损和氧化磨损等多种磨损形式。The tangential fretting wear experiments of GH4169 nickel-base alloy ball/TC17 titanium alloy were conducted using a self-developed multi-mode fretting and sliding wear testing machine.The effects of normal load on the fretting wear behavior of TC17 titanium alloy were investigated from four perspectives,including fretting characteristics,wear micromorphology,wear amount,and wear chemical composition.The results demonstrate that as the normal load increases,the fretting regime gradually transitions from slip regime(SR)to mixed fretting regime(MFR)and eventually stabilizes in partial slip regime(PSR).In the PSR,there is minimal material damage characterized by adhesive wear,peeling,and oxidation wear.Upon entering the MFR,damage intensifies with plastic deformation and significant spalling morphology observed primarily through peeling layer formation along with abrasive and oxidation wear mechanisms.The most severe damage occurs in the SR.This damage mechanism is closely associated with the contact state between friction pairs involving various forms of wearing such as layer stripping,abrasive wear,and oxidation.
