摘  要:肌肉生长发育是畜禽生产性能的重要指标之一,受多种成肌调节因子的影响。表观遗传修饰是指在没有改变DNA序列的情况下,通过改变染色质结构和DNA甲基化等方式来调控基因表达。在动物体肌肉生长发育过程中,表观遗传修饰起着重要的调控作用。本文首先梳理了畜禽肌肉生长发育的影响因子,随后重点论述了DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰及非编码RNA这3类表观遗传修饰对畜禽肌肉生长发育的影响,旨在理解畜禽肌肉生长发育的表观遗传调控机制,为进一步指导畜禽肌肉发育调控的生产实践提供理论基础。Muscle growth and development is one of the important indexes of livestock and poultry performance,which is affected by various myogenic regulatory factors.Epigenetic modification refers to the regulation of gene expression by altering chromatin structure and DNA methylation without altering the DNA sequence.Epigenetic modification plays an important role in the regulation of muscle growth and development in animals.This review briefly describes the factors affecting muscle growth and development of livestock and poultry,and then discusses in detail the effects of three epigenetic modifications,DNA methylation,histone modification and non-coding RNA on muscle growth and development of livestock and poultry,aiming to understand the epigenetic regulatory mechanism of muscle growth and development of livestock and poultry,and to provide a theoretical basis for further guidance of production practice.
