摘  要:细菌生物被膜因造成持续感染、食品和水源污染以及医疗器械污染等,越来越受到人们的重视。单细胞寄生虫和细菌生物被膜可以在动物机体、自然环境中共存,两者之间的相互作用尚不明确。研究发现,单细胞寄生虫以细菌生物被膜内的某些成分作为营养物质来源,影响细菌生物被膜的发展、成熟和消除等过程;同时,生物被膜可保护单细胞寄生虫免受外界环境和药物的干扰,对单细胞寄生虫起到屏障保护作用。此外,生物被膜能够影响单细胞寄生虫的致病力和对外界压力的反应,给疾病的治疗带来困难。明确细菌生物被膜与单细胞寄生虫之间的相互关系,能够为疾病的发病机制和耐药性的传播提供依据,同时为细菌和单细胞寄生虫感染性疾病的治疗奠定基础。本文对生物被膜与单细胞寄生虫的相互作用进行综述。Bacterial biofilms have attracted an increasing concern due to their involvement in persistent infections,food and water contamination,and infrastructure corrosion.Bacterial biofilms and unicellular parasites can co-exist in many kinds of environments,such as mucous membrane of animals and so on.However,the interaction between them still require illustrating.Existent reports indicate that unicellular parasites may change the development,maturity,and elimination of biofilm through grazing activities.Moreover,biofilms,acting as reservoirs,enable the survival of protozoan parasites against environmental stressors and antimicrobial agents.Furthermore,these biofilms may influence parasite virulence and stress responses,posing challenges in disease treatment.Therefore,understanding these interactions would offer insights into disease mechanisms and antibiotic resistance dissemination,paving the way for innovative therapeutic strategies and ecosystemlevel implications.
