从脑调神论治月经后期治则探析

摘　　要：情志障碍是女性月经延后的最常见病因和影响病程进展的重要因素。情志活动属“神”的范畴。脑为“元神之府”,主宰机体一切精神、情志活动。基于脑在情志调控和月经周期节律性中的主导作用,提出从脑调神论治月经后期,系统论述了脑、神与月经的关系及对月经后期发病的影响,以及从脑调神论治月经后期的途径。从脑调神论治治则不仅基于脏腑、经络、气血理论,更结合了现代医学对生殖轴和脑功能的认识,契合现代社会环境下对这一心理生理共病病证的辨治要求,拓展了中医辨治月经后期的理论与实践内涵。Emotional disorders are the most common cause of delayed menstruation in women and an important factor affecting the progression of the disease.Emotional activities belong to the category of"mind".The brain is the"home of the primordial mind",governing all spiritual and emotional activities of the body.Based on the dominant role of the brain in emotional regulation and menstrual cycle rhythm,this paper proposes the treatment of late menstruation from the perspective of brain regulation.It systematically discusses the relationship between the brain,mind,and menstruation,their impact on the onset of late menstruation,and the approaches to treating late menstruation from the perspective of brain regulation.The treatment of brain regulated theology is not only based on the theory of organs,meridians,and Qi and blood,but also combines modern medicine's understanding of the reproductive axis and brain function,which meets the requirements for the diagnosis and treatment of this psychological and physiological comorbidity in the modern social environment,and expands the theoretical and practical connotation of traditional Chinese medicine's diagnosis and treatment of late menstruation.
