《千金要方》真朱与真珠药名版本异文考辨

摘　　要：《千金要方》宋校本和新雕本含真朱与真珠的相应方剂有13首在药名方面存在异文。通过全面整理两种版本真朱与真珠药名异文,结合本草文献相关记载,探析《千金要方》药名版本异文的成因。宋臣根据宋代本草学认识发展将治疗目肤翳等目疾的方剂中的真朱校改为真珠,根据药物功效及其药性将其他方剂中的真珠校改为真朱;宋校方书之间真朱与真珠药名未统一,导致宋校方书真朱与真珠相关记载参差驳杂。应重视厘清真朱与真珠的名实关系,对于宋校医书中真朱与真珠记载的复杂性与不确定性,切忌盲信盲从,需参考相关文献并结合医理进行充分考证。The SONG's collated version and newly carved version of Qianjin Yaofang contain 13 corresponding formulas containing Zhenzhu(Cinnabar)and Zhenzhu(Pearl)with different names.By comprehensively sorting out the variant readings of the drug names Zhenzhu(Cinnabar)and Zhenzhu(Pearl)in the two versions and combining relevant records in herbal literature,this paper explores the causes of the variant readings of drug names in Qianjin Yaofang.Based on the development of the understanding of herbal science in the Song Dynasty,SONG's Chen revised Zhenzhu(Cinnabar)to Zhenzhu(Pearl)in the prescriptions for treating eye diseases such as eye skin nebula.He also revised Zhenzhu(Pearl)to Zhenzhu(Cinnabar)in other prescriptions according to the efficacy and properties of the drugs.The inconsistent use of the drug names Zhenzhu(Cinnabar)and Zhenzhu(Pearl)among the SONG's collated version led to the complexity and confusion of the relevant records.It is necessary to clarify the relationship between the names and realities of Zhenzhu(Cinnabar)and Zhenzhu(Pearl).Regarding the complexity and uncertainty of the records of Zhenzhu(Cinnabar)and Zhenzhu(Pearl)in the SONG's collated version blind trust should be avoided.It is necessary to refer to relevant literature and conduct sufficient research in combination with medical principles.
