摘　　要：创业是解决农民就业与富裕农民的有力举措。本文基于数字乡村建设的资源禀赋效应视角,利用中国家庭追踪调查数据和《县域数字乡村指数》,实证检验了数字乡村建设与农户创业行为的关系。研究发现,数字乡村建设及各维度对农户创业行为均有正向积极影响。机制研究表明,人力资本、社会资本和经济资本均在数字乡村建设及各维度对农户创业行为的影响中发挥中介作用。进一步分析发现,相对于农村双低弱势群体,数字乡村建设的红利更多帮助了农村高收入、高教育水平的优势群体进行创业。在创业行业、类型异质性分析中发现,相对于第一产业,数字乡村建设对农户进行第二、第三产业创业选择的影响更为突出;相对于发展导向型创业,数字乡村建设对农户进行生存导向型创业选择的促进效果更为显著。因此,本文认为应进一步发挥数字乡村建设在创业中的赋能作用,推进数字乡村的包容性发展。Entrepreneurship is a powerful measure to solve the problem of farmers’employment and rich farmers.Based on the perspective of the resource endowment effect of digital rural construction,this paper empirically tested the impact of digital rural construction on rural households’entrepreneurial behavior by using CFPS micro-survey data and the County Digital Rural Index.It is found that the construction of digital rural and its dimensions have a positive impact on the entrepreneurial behavior of rural households.The mechanism study shows that human capital,social capital and economic capital all play an intermediary role in the construction of digital rural and the influence of various dimensions on the entrepreneurial behavior of rural households.Further analysis shows that compared with rural double-low vulnerable groups,the dividends of digital rural construction help rural advantaged groups with high income and high education level more to start businesses.In the analysis of the entrepreneurial industry and type heterogeneity,it is found that compared with the primary industry,digital rural construction has a more prominent impact on the entrepreneurial choice of rural households in the second and third industries.Compared with development-oriented entrepreneurship,digital rural construction has a more significant effect on rural households’surviving-oriented entrepreneurial choices.Therefore,this paper believes that the enabling role of digital rural construction in entrepreneurship should be further played to promote the inclusive development of digital rural.
