摘　　要：本文报道1例80岁患者使用碘克沙醇注射液后发生横纹肌溶解(rhabdomyolysis,RM)合并急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)的罕见病例,并分析RM合并AKI与使用碘克沙醇注射液的关系和可能发生的机制,进一步探讨该药物不良反应的预防和治疗措施,以提高临床医师在使用该药物的临床安全性。This paper reported a rare case of rhabdomyolysis(RM) combined with acute kidney injury(AKI) in an 80-year-old patient after using iodixanol injections,and analyzed the relationship between RM combined with AKI and the use of iodixanol injection and the possible mechanism.The prevention and treatment measures of adverse events of iodixanol were further discussed to improve the clinical safety of the drug used by clinicians.
