斯鲁利单抗治疗肺神经内分泌癌致免疫相关心肌炎1例

摘　　要：1例肺神经内分泌癌患者经斯鲁利单抗治疗后出现免疫相关心肌炎,予糖皮质激素治疗后,患者病情好转出院。对患者的临床资料进行回顾,并结合相关文献对以斯鲁利单抗为代表的免疫检查点抑制剂致免疫相关心肌炎进行讨论分析。A patient with pulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma developed immune-related myocarditis after treatment with serplulimab was reported.After treatment with glucocorticoid,the patient's condition improved and was discharged.The clinical data of the patient was reviewed and the immunerelated myocarditis caused by immune checkpoint inhibitors serplulimab was discussed and analyzed.
