城市更新背景下的城市住区景观改造策略探究——以滁州市山水人家小区为例

摘　　要：城市更新是对城市景观和空间结构的活态升级,近年来我国进入经济发展的新常态,城市更新被列为新的国家战略。随着城市更新不断地发展,建成多年的居住小区景观改造也在逐步推进。基于城市更新的背景,以滁州市山水人家小区为例,探索城市住宅区在跟随城市更新发展脚步中的景观改造设计,包括设计原则、景观改造设计手法、不同空间的景观改造方式和景观改造中的重点难点等几个方面,为类似小区景观改造项目提供经验。Urban renewal is a dynamic upgrade of urban landscape and spatial structure.In recent years,China has entered a new normal of economic development,and urban renewal has been listed as a new national strategy.With the continuous development of urban renewal,the landscape renovation of residential communities that have been built for many years is also gradually advancing.Based on the background of urban renewal,this paper takes the Shanshui Residential Community in Chuzhou as an example to explore the landscape renovation design of urban residential areas in following the development of urban renewal,including design principles,design techniques,renovation methods for different spaces,and key difficulties in landscape renovation,providing experience for similar community landscape renovation projects.
