采动卸压瓦斯定向高位钻孔精准抽采技术研究

摘　　要：针对煤层群开采邻近煤层采动卸压瓦斯涌出量大易引起瓦斯超限难题,提出采动卸压瓦斯定向高位钻孔精准抽采技术。采用三带高度理论计算、采动裂隙富集区域模型构建,确定了不同层位采动裂隙富集区域范围,并以此进行了定向高位钻孔优化设计,经瓦斯抽采效果考察,1905轨顺里程870 m高位钻场10个高位钻孔日均瓦斯抽采纯量达到33410.2 m^(3)/d,62 d内累计抽采瓦斯量2071433.55 m^(3),验证了所构建的采动裂隙富集区域模型准确可靠,实现了采动卸压瓦斯的高效精准抽采,对龙凤煤矿其他区域乃至贵州省类似条件矿井采动卸压瓦斯高效精准抽采具有一定借鉴意义。Aiming at the problem of gas exceeding the limit caused by the large amount of pressure relief gas emitted from adjacent coal seams during coal seam group mining,a accurate directional high-level drilling and pumping technology for pressure relief gas during mining is proposed.Using the three zone height theory calculation and the construction of the mining fracture enrichment area model,the range of mining fracture enrichment areas at different layers was determined,and based on this,the directional high-level drilling optimization design was carried out.After gas extraction effect inspection,the daily average gas extraction pure amount of 10 high-level drilling holes in the 1905 track length 870m high-level drilling field reached 33410.2m^(3)/d,and the cumulative gas extraction amount within 62 days was 2071433.55m^(3).The accuracy and reliability of the constructed mining fracture enrichment area model were verified,achieving efficient and accurate gas extraction of mining pressure relief.This has certain reference significance for the efficient and accurate extraction of pressure relief gas in other regions of Longfeng coal mine and even in similar conditions of mines in Guizhou Province.
