摘 要:为研究生物质炉渣作为填料在静水和动水条件下成分的溶出与释放问题,以安徽某环保科技有限公司生物质热电联产产生的炉渣为研究对象,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、能谱仪(EDS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析其矿物组成、元素组成和微观形态等;设计静态浸泡实验、动态翻转振荡实验,探讨生物质炉渣浸出液水质特征。结果表明:该炉渣的化学组成主要为二氧化硅(SiO_(2))及方解石(CaCO_(3))等结晶矿物;炉渣主要由非金属元素O、Si、Cl、C和金属元素K、Ca、Fe、Na、Mg构成;经静态浸泡实验、动态翻转振荡实验,浸出液中总氮(TN)、氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、总磷(TP)含量均有不同程度的升高,结合多项式拟合结果,TN、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TP的释放速率随时间变化有所差异,TN释放速率最大,NH_(4)^(+)-N次之,TP释放速率最小。Dissolution and release of constituents under hydrostatic and hydrodynamic conditions in order to study the use of biomass slag as a filler.The slag produced by biomass cogeneration in Anhui Environmental Protection Technology limited company,was studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The mineral composition,elemental composition and microscopic morphology were analyzed.Static soaking experiment and dynamic flipping experiment were designed to investigate the water quality characteristics of the leach liquid from biomass slag.The results show that the chemical composition of the slag is mainly crystalline minerals such as silica(SiO_(2))and calcite(CaCO_(3)).The slag is mainly composed of non-metallic elements O,Si,Cl,C and metal elements K,Ca,Fe,Na,Mg.The contents of total nitrogen(TN),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N)and total phosphorus(TP)in the leaching solution were all increased by static soaking experiment and dynamic flipping experiment.Based on the polynomial fitting results,the release rates of TN,NH_(4)^(+)-N and TP vary over time.The release rate of TN is the highest,followed by NH_(4)^(+)-N and the release rate of TP is the lowest.
