摘 要:为了充分发挥环境应力筛选在提升产品质量方面的作用,首先对气象仪器产品的常规环境应力筛选方法进行了研究,针对常规环境应力筛选方法存在的问题,利用对温度循环筛选度模型的数学分析优化常规环境应力筛选方案,最后设计综合环境应力筛选方法并提出进一步改进建议。研究结果表明,优化后的环境应力筛选方法可以有效提高气象仪器环境应力筛选的质量和效率,为气象仪器相关产品环境应力筛选的高效实施提供借鉴。In order to fully utilize the role of Environmental Stress Screening(ESS)in improving product quality,the conventional ESS method for meteorological instrument products was first studied.In response to the problems existing in the conventional ESS method,the mathematical analysis of the temperature cycle screening degree model was used to optimize the conventional ESS scheme.Finally,a comprehensive ESS method was designed and further improvement suggestions were proposed.The research results indicate that the optimized environmental stress screening method can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of meteorological instrument ESS,providing reference for the efficient implementation of meteorological instrument related products ESS.
