摘 要:针对计量器具检定周期内失准问题,以气象计量器具为例,分析失准状况及失准原因,提出基于物联网和大数据技术的仪器误差监控方法。结果表明:气象计量器具的失准原因主要有工作环境恶劣、使用频率过高和检定周期不合理等;过程监控方法可以从根本上解决计量器具检定周期内失准问题,监督计量器具的误差走势,诊断评价计量器具性能,超前预判并及时更换高风险计量器具。In response to the problem of malfunctioning measuring instruments during the calibration period,this paper takes meteorological measuring instruments as an example to analyze the malfunctioning conditions and causes,and proposes a method of instrument error monitoring based on the Internet of Things and big data technology.The results show that the main reasons for inaccurary of meteorological measuring instruments are harsh working environment,high frequency of use,and unreasonable calibration cycles.The process monitoring method can fundamentally solve the problem of malfunctioning of measuring instruments during the calibration period,monitor the error trend of measuring instruments,diagnose and evaluate the performance of measuring instruments,and predict and replace high risk measuring instruments in advance.
