摘 要:文章选用竹溪县1984—2023年暴雨洪涝灾害频次、农作物受灾面积、直接经济损失等统计资料,结合线性趋势分析法研究1984—2023年竹溪县暴雨洪涝特征,结果表明,竹溪县年暴雨日数呈现微弱的增多趋势,年暴雨量与年降水量之间表现出正相关关系。在此基础上,从引进先进的气象监测技术、构建完善的预警发布机制等角度提出暴雨洪涝预报预警对策,旨在为降低竹溪县暴雨洪涝灾害损失提供支持。Based on the statistical data of rainstorm and flood disaster frequency,crop affected area,direct economic loss,etc.in Zhuxi County from 1984 to 2023,combined with the linear trend analysis method,this article studies the characteristics of rainstorm and flood in Zhuxi County from 1984 to 2023 are studied.The results show that the number of annual rainstorm days in Zhuxi County shows a weak increasing trend,and there is a positive correlation between annual storm rainfall and annual precipitation.On this basis,from the perspective of introducing advanced meteorological monitoring technology and building a sound early warning release mechanism,the rainstorm and flood forecasting and early warning countermeasures are proposed to provide support for reducing the losses of rainstorm and flood disasters in Zhuxi County.
