摘  要:为了有效降低青海东部大到暴雨的漏报率,文章结合2023-09-06—2023-09-07青海东部的强降水天气过程,从大尺度环流形势与水汽输送、暴雨中尺度系统的发生发展及成因、地形抬升作用等方面进行了分析。结果表明,此次强降水主要由锋前强对流产生的短时暴雨和锋后大尺度稳定性降水组成,锋前中小尺度对流系统的生消强度、锋后地面辐合线的维持时间,以及低层充沛的水汽和高原边坡地形作用等为降水提供了有利的条件。In order to effectively reduce the failure rate of heavy rain to rainstorm in the eastern part of Qinghai,this paper combined with the heavy rainfall weather process in the eastern part of Qinghai from September 6 to 7,2023,and analysis the aspects of large scale circulation situation and water vapor transport,the occurrence,development and causes of rainstorm mesoscale system,and topographic uplift.The results show that this heavy rainfall is mainly composed of short-term rainstorm generated by strong convection in front of the front and large scale stable precipitation behind the front.The strength of generation and dissipation of small-scale convective systems in front of the front,the maintenance time of the ground convergence line behind the front,as well as the abundant water vapor in the lower layer and the role of the plateau slope topography provide favorable conditions for precipitation.
