摘 要:利用上饶地区12个国家气象观测站1978—2022年冬季的逐日气象资料,把日平均气温≤1℃、日最低气温≤0℃且持续≥3天作为一次低温冰冻天气过程,统计出过程日平均气温、过程日平均最低气温、过程累计降水量、过程持续时间等数据,通过归一化处理为无量纲数据后,采用AHP层次分析法确定各因子的权重,计算出综合气象指数。利用四分位法进行分析,结果表明,上饶市低温冰冻综合气象指数4个致灾等级分别为轻度[0,0.142]、中度(0.142,0.192]、重度(0.192,0.275]和特重(0.275,1]。该指数研究能够为上饶市开展农业巨灾保险赔付、助力乡村振兴提供技术支撑,为决策部门防灾救灾提供重要依据。Using daily meteorological data from 12 national meteorological observation stations in Shangrao region from 1978 to 2022 winter,the daily average temperature≤1℃,daily minimum temperature≤0℃,and duration≥3 days were taken as a low-temperature freezing weather process.The daily average temperature,daily average minimum temperature,cumulative precipitation,and duration of the process were calculated and normalized into dimensionless data.The weights of each factor were determined using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to calculate the comprehensive meteorological index.Using the quartile method for analysis,the results show that the comprehensive meteorological index of low temperature freezing in Shangrao City has four disaster levels:[0,0.142],moderate(0.142,0.192],severe(0.192,0.275],and extremely severe(0.275,1].This index research can provide technical support for Shangrao City to carry out agricultural catastrophe insurance compensation and help rural revitalization,and provide important basis for decision making departments in disaster prevention and relief.
