摘  要:为了规范气象观测的术语、提法和定义的内涵和外延,提升气象观测的原理、方法和技术的体系化研究水平,文章在归纳、演绎和类比的基础上,重构了气象观测的原理和方法的四维十一度概念范畴,阐释了气象观测的三种九类二十三型技术体系,分析了三十款常用气象观测技术的基本特征,旨在为气象观测技术发展提供理论支持。In order to standardize the connotation and extension of the terminology,formulation,and definition of meteorological observation,and to enhance the systematic research level of the principles,methods,and technologies of meteorological observation,this article reconstructs the four-dimensional and ten degree conceptual categories of the principles and methods of meteorological observation based on induction,deduction,and analogy,explains the three nine categories and twenty-three types of technical systems of meteorological observation,analyzes the basic characteristics of thirty commonly used meteorological observation technologies,and aims to provide theoretical support for the development of meteorological observation technology.
