摘  要:针对重点区域典型天气目标,基于加强对云贵准静止锋、低空切变线、西南涡及边界层辐合线等天气系统监测的需求,建设和升级覆盖重点区域的北斗卫星导航探空观测网。面向新型北斗导航探空系统标准的“云+端”链路数据传输处理模式,详细说明了卫星平流层探空智能指挥机的系统功能结构、机箱天线设计、软件配置调试、设备维护维修等主要技术内容,为往返平漂探空实验提供了有效的技术支撑。通过对卫星平流层探空智能指挥机系统组成的深入了解,提高解决常见故障问题的能力。In response to typical weather targets in key areas,based on the monitoring needs of strengthening weather systems such as Yunnan Guizhou quasi static front,low altitude shear line,southwest vortex,and boundary layer convergence line,the Beidou satellite navigation sounding observation network covering key areas will be upgraded and constructed.The"cloud+end"link data transmission and processing mode for the new Beidou navigation sounding system standard is described in detail,including the system functional structure,chassis antenna design,software configuration debugging,equipment maintenance and repair of the satellite stratospheric sounding intelligent command aircraft,providing effective technical support for round-trip drift sounding experiments.By gaining a deep understanding of the composition of the satellite stratospheric sounding intelligent command aircraft system,the ability to solve common fault problems can be improved.
